    • Nice for use on a polisher, but not straight/balanced enough for an angle grinder.
Fairly nicely machined stainless steel, and very heavy-duty; made in China, of course. Individually or combined they are straight and balanced enough for a polisher at low-ish speeds, but not enough for regular use on a high-rpm angle grinder (as advertised); too bad, as that would have been a big plus. With all three sections combined, while the joints seemed smooth and straight, they were not straight when measured against a true, machined flat surface. To wit, there was a bowing creating a 1.5 mm gap in the middle when the two ends were placed on the flat, and when flipped around 180 degrees so just one end was true to the flat, the other end was lifted to create a several mm gap. Needless to say, at high rpm that would be a big vibration and wear/stress issue. Packed in a quality, durable foam insert, but the outer sleeve/box (just card-stock as is) should be sturdier. ... show more
