This is definitely worth the money. Very sturdy shelves and roomy. I bought it to organize my craft items and it did not disappoint. I put it together with the instructions provided and it was was so easy. I would definitely order again, only recommendation I would suggest cutting a thin piece of plywood and spray paint to match to give more support if you are going to use for items that need to stand. I have a few in some as I’m using it for my sublimation blanks and some are tumblers however for soft items such as shirts, hoodies, or cozies it doesn’t need any additional support. it seems sturdy enough, even on carpet. i have it zip tied to the wall. surprisingly very lightweight. the "canvas" part isnt as thick as like canvas on vans shoes, but definitely as thick or thicker than that weedguard liner people use for gardening. the liner/canvas can sink a little between the aluminum tubes, so preferably only put flat things on it.. u can additionally put a flat piece of cardboard or something nicer on the bottom if u need it perfectly flat. but works fine for my video games. each shelf supposedly supports 30lbs. i built this twice because i didnt realize they have plastic end pieces and, plastic pieces where u can put tubes on both sides. after my assembly, i still had leftover parts. i like how they are modular and u can build them however u like. i also added some magnetic puck lights to dress it up. way better than buying a cheap laminated particle board item from IKEA for $100+ around $35 is a crazy good deal for shelving imo. ... show more

My daughter has a huge amount of toys, books, art supplies, and science kits. The height, strength, and size of this attracted me to it. It takes time to put together and YOU NEED TWO PEOPLE or it'll have pieces fall out as you snap others in place. It's light, easy to move, modular and versatile (ours is 4 wide and 5 high). However, after several months, it collapsed. Books leaned, stacks of kits shifted, and put pressure on it horizontally. This pushed it apart and it collapsed. HOWEVER, we put an X of wire on the back, corner to corner, and tightened it up. That reinforced it amazingly. I'm adding a third wire across the bottom in the front, and a fourth across the top in the front, to keep those from pushing apart. It does need that extra bracing if you have any pressure being put on it horizontally. But that few minutes of extra work and wiring makes this extremely stout and stable. Make sure heavy items go on the bottom or it gets tippy and doesn't have much mass of its own to stabilize it. Would 100% buy this again. It's PERFECT. We put it under/in front of the bunkbed to section off a little room under the bed and she loves being able to access stuff on it from both sides. This is a really good set of shelves. ... show more

I recently purchased this Mavivegue bookcase, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed—and more. While it’s marketed as a bookcase, I actually use it for clothing storage, and it works perfectly. The assembly process was straightforward and didn’t require any special tools. The instructions were clear, and all the pieces fit together smoothly, which made the setup quick and stress-free. Once built, the structure felt sturdy and well-balanced, which gave me confidence in using it for more than just lightweight items. What I love most is the versatility. The shelves are spacious enough to neatly store folded clothes, shoes, and even storage bins. It’s helped me stay organized while saving space, especially in a smaller room where a traditional dresser might feel bulky.     • Not Real Shelving, Only Good For Light Things!

I wanted to like these shelves. While they are straight forward to put together, for someone with back, neck issues it was painful to have to constantly push the rods into place. Then it says it's a 18 cube piece. Only if you put it exactly as shown. You cannot do 18 sideways and after putting it together you don't want to pull it apart. I was going to do 15 (5x3) plus the last 3 on top. But it will only do 18 (6x3) design. I wish I had read the negative reviews prior to purchase. But, I only wanted this to put my yarn on in my yarn room. It fit almost perfectly 5x3 along the wall. I didn't want it tall. As for those that bought this for books. Have y'all lost your mind lmao. They're made out of hollow aluminum tubes with thin cloth for the shelves. They're super stable if you push them in properly and they will not pull apart easily. I put on thin gloves so I could push them from the top of the tube to get it fully seated. No way this holds 30 lbs each shelf. My yarn looks lovely on it even if I had to change the configuration. It really is a NICE shelf. Clothing, bedding, stuffed animals or toys, hobby stuff, ect will work perfectly on these. Have patience putting them together along with some thin gloves to keep your hands from getting cut up when you push them together. The stupid plastic hammer is a joke and was put aside because all it did was made noise. Anyways, just use it for light stuff and your good. Oh and only do 6x3 for design. The reason I'm giving this a 3* review is because they show different configurations with 18 cubes but that's not possible because you need more middle brackets. I truly only needed 2 more middle brackets and could've done a 15 5x3 design. Good luck! ... show more

The finished product is great, light weight and easy to move. It holds all of my over 100 jigsaw puzzles with room for more. Putting it together was a time consuming process though. It requires a bit of finesse and strength to push all the pieces together.

I purchased the 20 cube size. So far so good. The unit was pretty quick to assemble and the cubes seem sturdy and supportive as long as you consider the weight you're putting on each shelf. I'm using the unit in my office area, putting heavier items on the lower shelves. This book shelf is attractive for it's purpose, would recommend to others, and I may purchase again for another room. A note from my expert assembler: Take your time, use the right tools for this type of project (a soft mallet, not a hammer), and follow the steps in the instructions. ... show more

This serves its purpose, so I'm happy. I needed extra storage in the closet and preferred something modular to accommodate the existing overhead shelf. It's definitely a bit tedious and time consuming to put together (probably 45+ minutes or so) but overall simple. I bought the 16-grid option since I was planning on needing 15 based on the space, but there is a caveat with the layouts. You will have some extra pieces of each element, but your layout choice may make it seem like you're "short" pieces. The 16-grid version accounts for 4 layouts, so if you deviate, you may run into a problem. It's supporting the heavier things just fine (cast iron pans and woks), so I'm not worried about it giving out. There is an anti-tip kit, but the unit is very stable so I didn't install it. I also didn't bother with the mallet, just placed each connecting section against the ground and pressed until they locked properly. Make sure you get your first row on a flat, even surface to ensure it stays level as you build. Once the bars are in, it's incredibly difficult to get them out, so double check you've put the correct side pieces on. It feels a bit flimsy, but it's certainly not going anywhere. If it was going to be in a visible place, I would have chosen something more aesthetic, but for what it is, this is exactly what I needed.. ... show more
