Spent the week in a camper on a sofa fold down that has crevices and very uncomfortable. This on top of a 3 inch foam I purchased from Amazon and me 150 pounds him 210 pounds were very comfortable. Helped with my sciatic and felt no crevices at all.

Very comfortable top. Keeps it shape and thickness, but if you want it more fluffy, just put in the dryer with tennis balls. Unfortunately due to unruly cats I had to wash it a couple of times. Because of it's thickness it had to go through the drier 3 times before it was fully dried, but again, it is the thickness that makes it so comfortable. I have a king size bed and though we move a lot while dreaming, this Topper does not move, nor makes any noise. It is water resistant (drops will remain on the surface so you can wipe them quickly), but not waterproof. I bought a separate waterproof cover for my mattress, this Topper fits perfectly on top of it. It does indeed keep you cool, unlike some rubber based mattress toppers. Bottom line, after 5 washes, it still feels new, I love it. ... show more
