I ordered the 14 inch mattress, it's been more than 30 days since opening the package and the mattress barely makes 9 inches. The mattress is extremely soft, it feels like laying directly on coils and there is absolutely no side support, if you may within a foot of the edge, you will slide right off. If the return process is as described by Amazon, a replacement as described will arrive then a pickup of what I received will be arranged. This is the only reason for the single star review.

Upon first opening I was a little worried about the comfort level… give it time!! My main concern was that the spring could be felt quite a bit and it really sinks in when sitting on the sides but after giving it several days this has much improved! My son is sleeping better at night after switching to this mattress. It provides enough support but also has a comfortable cushion layer on the top. I think this was the area that needed a couple of days to fluff up. He is waking with less neck pain and seems more well rested in general! Great price and seems to be of good quality! It is heavy (ordered queen size) so the moving and unraveling was quite a task on my own but it was doable! Good value, hopefully it stands up to the test of time.
