The media could not be loaded. I’m giving 5 stars for the assembly of mattress. Box is heavy so I had it put in my front door and slid on wood floor to bedroom. Lifted one side of box on sledge bed frame and over. I cut off box and top plastic with scissors. The mattress unrolled and some of bottom plastic started to open. I noticed the mattress was upside down so I pulled the plastic toward me, lifted mattress up and over and laid it down. It fit perfectly in my Queen frame and was up to 12” within minutes. I’m almost 67 so I think this is a great product to assemble for older people. Just be careful as it’s unrolling. The mattress topping and bottom look like very good quality. I will write more only if I have problems. So far so good! Video posted below. ... show more

I don't want to jinx it since the last mattress I bought on Amazon was recalled, but this mattress is pretty impressive!!! Mattress store quality! It's firm yet supportive and soft. There was no odor when we unpacked it. Everything seems great! Fingers crossed!!!

Great mattress .pulled out of box and it popped open and was ready to sleep on in an hour. Forgot to take a video as it happened quite fast. Didn’t notice an odor and it has a nice plushy top.
