If you're having issues with your current shower rod falling frequently. This shower rod may be just what you need to remedy that problem. Most standard tub and shower openings are 60" and so are most shower rods. You need and shower rod that is capable of more than 60" to eliminate that failure. This rod was easy to assemble and install for me. Less than 5 minutes once unpacked. I knew right away I would not be having a falling issue when I installed it. It was pretty snug before I started adjusting the tension. A few turns and it snugly in place. I do not recommend any supportive activities with this rod, but it's more than suitable for even the heaviest curtains and liners I've ever used. All this without the included 3m support brackets. Highly recommend if you have falling issues with your current shower rod. Just make sure your opening is at least 2" smaller than the maximum length for this rod. ... show more

I like the look and style of this shower curtain holder. It came with screws and adhesive patches if you'd rather use them. I ended up using larger screws than what came with it to make sure it was sturdy. It was easy to put up and would be even easier if the sticky patches were used.
