Like a lot of people when I first started incubating eggs, I selected an incubator based on price. And as the the old saying goes, " You Get What You Pay For". The success of incubating eggs is partly relied on by the precision of your equipment. The price range for this incubator is in the mid range. It doesn't break the bank paying for it and you dont get a cheap product that you regret wasting your money on. The instrument controls and ease of use of this incubator gives you accurate information to help with your hatch rate. This incubator is very durable and has a very good life cycle if maintained. The only thing I would add to this product is the option to purchase different size egg carriages/badkets to accommodate different size eggs.     • Out of the box FANTASTIC!
I bought this unit out of frustration because a unit that was $60 more and came with a much higher 'standard' failed to produce but ONE chick in all the months and hatches I attempted with it. I wish I had gotten this unit sooner! First hatch, 9 out of 12 chicks hatched. Last hatch, 32 eggs, 22 made it to lockdown, and 20 hatched! I now have 8 duck eggs and 3 geese eggs set, and to re-set it to the longer incubation period was a dream, as all of the instructions to change everything is right on the top panel... no digging around to find the manual that gets misplaced when you need it most. Clean-up, a breeze over the styrofoam name brands. I lay a paper towel, doubled up, over the grate for lockdown, and after they've hatched, roll it up and toss it. Comes apart easily for washing at that point. Highly recommend this unit for a good success rate, pretty much hands-off. At lockdown, you remove the trays for the auto-turning, and add water during the entire incubation period... pretty much the only hands-on you need to do. The built-in candler is bright and works very well. Don't focus on the light or you'll have temporary blindness. ... show more

I just got this today and so far I am impressed these pics were while I was testing the lock down stage and incubation stage to insure a successful hatch. The temp seems very stable and the humidity is easily adjusted so far everything is happening inside is matching really close to what I am getting on the screen. The pics you are seeing I only waited like 10 to 15 minutes it was still settling in. My last one was off the charts I would never put another egg in that one. I will update after our first hatch so far this is looking fantastic. Love the new bottle versus the older model with the port A and B and the chambers are designed nicer to raise the humidity compared to the ones I seen in previous reviews. So all the reviews on here and on YouTube don’t have the new bottle it’s a nice feature. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Can't say enough good things about this incubator. I was really hesitant about buying another after my first couple incubators (differnt brands and styles) started failing quickly. This incubator holds temperature wonderfully. When I did have to open the lid the temperature was back to stable within a minute. The humidity couldn't be easier. The bottle comes with the unit. From begining unil 3 days before hatch, you keep the bottle filled and attached. It regulates itself. I think I only had to refill once during that time. There's no need to open the incubator to add water which was a hug problem with my previous incubators. Adding water use to be a guessing game. 3 days before hatch you take the eggs out of the automatic turner and place in the bottom of the unit. The egg holders pop out of the unit really easy. Seal back up and add one full bottle of water to create more humidity. You have to pour slow so the small collection cup doesn't overflow outside the unit. I was worried the clear plastic on the top of the incubator wouldn't hold in heat very well. It worked perfectly and was extremely accurate which is the most important when hatching eggs. The settings are really easy to use and directions are clear. I love the clear top so you can watch the hatching process from all angles. The plastic of this incubator is really easy to clean after the hatch. The plastic grate pops out of the bottom to get the underneath. My old incubator was Styrofoam which was impossible to completely clean. This incubator is a great value for the money. I wanted a quality incubator but didn't need or want to pay the high price of the industrial incubators. If you only want to hatch up to 30 eggs each hatching this is the incubator for you!! Only negative was I wasn't a huge fan of the built in candler. I think a hand held candler is easier to maneuver and see inside the egg. Also if you hatch max number of eggs it does make for a tight fit while they're exiting their eggs. Neither issue is that big of a deal to me. I would definitely buy this incubator again and have suggested it to others. ... show more

I have been using two different 360’s, and feel like my hatch rate has slowly declined, but to be fair that probably happens as any incubator ages. I loaded this with 28 chicken eggs (I doubt I could have fit 30 in it), and candying after the first week revealed that 13 were infertile and removed. Of the 15 fertile eggs, 14 hatched perfectly, right at day 21 and within the following 25 hours! I haven’t ever had an incubator hatch that didn’t require some assistance or have at least one chick struggling to hatch, and this was perfect.
