Finally!!! They finally got the right part to me and I'm now able to use all 3 brushes that came with the set. Kinda disappointed with the like black one after going through so much waiting and finally get to use it to find that it definitely has a learning curve. It's kinda splotchy doesn't spray smooth. I'm new at this so it could totally be user error time will tell. The little black airbrush is absolutely USELESS! 1st it did not come with the correct adapters to connect it to the air compressor. I ordered a set of adapters and finally got it connected to the compressor only to find out the connector from the paint bottle to the gun is broken. I emailed the company and they were very responsive. They sent me a new bottle with lid (took about a week to receive) but it was the bottle and lid for the other airbrush. The angle of the connector between bottle and brush is significantly different so this bottle will not work with the little black airbrush. And now that my return window has closed they are not responding to my emails. If it weren't for that little black airbrush I think this kit would be great for beginners the other 2 airbrushes work well enough. I've never airbrushed before but I imagine they higher dollar brushes probably work much better. But for someone who like me has never airbrushed and just wants something to get started and familiar with paint flow, paint control and air control this will work. The compressor works great she is fairly quiet so you can upgrade your brushes as you get better. They need to either ditch that little black brush or swap it with something similar that actually works and then adjust the price accordingly. If customer service ever gets back to me and I ever get a working airbush for the 3rd brush I'll update review accordingly. Ohh yeah the paint that comes with it is pretty good. I don't have anything to compare it to other than cheap acrylic craft paint and it's definitely way better than that stuff. ... show more

I have had this unit for 4 months and the compressor started cycling on every 4-5 seconds with no air demand. I called TCP Global and advised them of the problem, was asked to video the compressor loosing pressure and email them so they could review and see if it could be repaired or would need replacement. I started it up and pressure went to 40 lb quickly then a click after 3-4 seconds, motor starts to hum getting quite loud as the pressure drops to zero, with no air draw, then the compressor starts again takes pressure to 40 lbs and repeats the same cycle again. The video was over 40mb so unable to email the file, too large a file to email so I advised TCP global that I was unable to email the video, well apparently that is the only way they will warranty the compressor if I email them a file that is too large for email servers to handle. I have told them 3 times that the file is too large and they ask again to email the video. The compressor is defective plain and simple and there is a stated warranty however they will not honor their own warranty, I am only out a cheap compressor as airbrush and paints were fine however a tad expensive when the kit comes with a compressor that doesn't work. I find it disturbing that TCP Global will not warrant a product that has a stated warranty, fortunately I found out about the lack of warranty before I purchased something expensive that fails during the stated warranty. ... show more

i bought this for my daughter, and she loves it. i feel like i got a good deal, but the directions on how to assemble the airbrushes are a little tough to follow...in their defense i often have a difficult time following written directions and so i look on line, but i could only find a video for 1 brush model....granted it is a common brush so it works for us, but it might be nice if they had a little instructional dvd that came with it to show how to use each brush. even when we got the brushed assembled with the jar containers, they are difficult to make the paint come out of, and so we arent completely sure what we are doing wrong. i will have to hunt down videos and see. also the more precise gravity brush is one i will have to look up because we have yet to make it work. the compressor is nice, not overly loud and it shuts off when no spraying is being done. i think its a nice starting machine for sure ... show more
