The roller pin cylinder provides maximum pick and pry resistance. The hinged dial cover and shackle seal offers superior weather protection, and reinforced body bumper protects against scratches. I did not realize how big these were until they arrived and these things are HEAVY. I honestly believe them when they say these will deter thieves as I wouldnt want to bother with it either. I do have a complaint about the rubber cover for the combination lock though. It is only held on by two small rubber nipples that are very flexible so if you open the rubber cover too much, it will just fall off. Depending on how often you use the lock, this may or may not be annoying. The locking mechanism feels very rigid and operates smoothly with a very satisfying click. I really like these Master locks, I have ordered several of these for almost all my uses. I don't like carrying around a bunch of keys so I use the combination locks. These are extremely heavy duty and easy to use. They hold up to weather pretty well. Sometimes they slightly get a little bit of white crusty corrosion on some portions when they are in contact with a different type of metal but definitely never rust. Good quality lock and wood.
