I purchased this to paint scale aircraft models and fishing lures. At first glance you get a lot for your money. The compressor works well, it comes with three airbrushes, and a some starter paints. It really does include all you need to started. The good: You get a lot for the money. The compressor works well and the paint is pretty decent once you get the right consistency. The unit is fairly easy to clean (10 minutes or less). If you are doing work that does not require a lot of fine detail you will probably be OK. Customer service is responsive. The Bad: Airbrush materials are cheap. I am extremely careful with my equipment and broke the nozzle off inside the head after about 5 uses. Maybe I just got a bad one, but they did replace it after a little back and forth with the company. The Ugly: These brushes are not consistent at all. Way too much nozzle clog, a lot of splatter, and overall inconsistent results. As you can see from the pictures I was able to muscle through a few pieces, but it fought me all the way. Bottom line: I would by this to practice but I have already bought a Harder and Steenbeck Evolution. Fine detail work is critical for what I am doing and this just does not get the job done. ... show more

Compressor is very quiet, I use it under the table I airbrush on, the noise doesn't bother anyone else. Everything you need is there, Three airbrushes, two are all metal very well made, parts are threaded together, all threads are smooth, you need to take it apart to clean. The paint is good paint, not junk just thrown in. You can spent a lot more for just a single Airbrush, great value.     • Nice little kit but pressure regulator concerns
Nice little kit for first timer. My only concern is that the pressure regulator doesn’t work, is it something I’m doing wrong I wonder? No matter how much I turn it up or down. It maintains at around 25 psi. For what I use it for it is totally fine , but I’m wondering if anyone else had this issue?

Can't tell you what I think of it. Compressor is not cooperating. I plugged it in and everything worked fine for a couple minutes. Then, to learn how my equipment works, I turned air pressure down pretty low. Now it doesn't work. I attached a video. Light in the switch turns on, so i know it has power. Pressure regulator is turned up to a high-middle area, but its not pumping anymore. I dont know if I'm stupid, or if it's cheap/ broken. Please help! The documentation says nothing. I'm leaving 3 stars because everything seems pretty decent quality for the price, but its not working for me anymore. Edit: Increasing my review to 4 stars. I got a replacement thats working very well. The water trap isn't the best thing ever, and its noisier than I expected (based on other reviews) but it works for what I'm doing. Bear in mind that there's no tank on this thing. The compressor builds up pressure in the hose and thats it. Once you release some of that air, the compressor kicks back on. So be ready for the machine constantly running. ... show more

    • For the price of one iawata brush, you get all this... can't go wrong.
That being said, it's not quite the same quality, but its great for the price to learn how to care for airbrushes and use them properly, before you dump half a month's rent into one brush
