I normally enjoy Mary Ruth's vitamins, however this time it smelled odd and tasted odd like plastic. Update: After the initial comment I was contacted by someone from Mary Ruth. They sent me a replacement flavored in Strawberry and it was delicious! It tasted fresher than the original order. Not sure if I just got a bad batch at first. But I give them a 5 for being a great company and reaching out to me the way they did. My kids love their gummies and I am glad they are happy.

I was told after my last annual blood work that my vitamin D3 was low so I ordered these to try to get my numbers back into the normal range. Living in a cold weather state will do that to you... I am hoping that when I get my next annual blood work done that they have helped. Even if they don't I love the fact that they are an organic, plant based gummy, sugar free and super delicious! If you live in a place that makes it hard to keep that vitamin D3 level up, consider taking these gummies, they taste great and are good for you!

Either the formula has changed, or one or more lots were made incorrectly. I had been buying these for years (along with the biotin gummies, omega gummies, etc) and they were always pleasant-tasting. The latest order (BB 11/2026) is inedible. Smells like industrial machinery oil or something on the inside. Truly rancid. Tastes gross. The company could only offer store credit on their site to make up for it (no replacements in-stock). Seeing other recent reviews, this looks like a trend and time to choose a new d3/b12 gummy supplier. Bummer.

These gummy‘s does not have the best flavor or smell, but it beats having all the extra sugar in your vitamins. I just started taking them so too soon to talk about the benefits, however they are easy to chew and swallow.

I am a fan of Mary Ruth’s products. Not only are they easy to take (I hate big pills) they taste good too. I have a regular supplement regimen and love the quality and consistency of this brand. They occasionally have supply issues which as far as I can tell is the only drawback!

These vitamins are labelled as gluten free but they are NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS. I took these gummies on two consecutive days and had progressively worse symptoms each day. The contamination is low, but there is no doubt that I controlled for other variables in my diet and this was the only thing that changed. When I called the customer service line on the bottle they advised that I process a return through Amazon despite there being a "100% happiness guarantee" on the bottle. I understand that purchases through Amazon need to be processed through Amazon for accounting purposes but I can't understand putting the words "gluten free" on the bottle when they admitted the gummies are made in the same area as another product that they know contains gluten without any warning at all on the bottle. Lots of companies do this, as those of us afflicted with celiac disease know, but we have to rely on companies to have accurate labelling so we're not sick. Three days of nausea, cold sweats, and not being able to travel more than 50' from a bathroom is not an issue that should be written off by any company. At LEAST put "not safe for celiac disease" on the bottle so those of us (1 out of 120 at last estimate in the U.S.) who cannot tolerate gluten will know not to order them. For the price, I would have expected that the manufacturing process would have been gluten free and they just didn't pay for certification by the GFCO but that's not the case. The rep on the phone admitted they knowingly have cross contamination in the manufacturing process and labelled them as "gluten free" anyway. Callous and irresponsible.
