This is the best tasting vitamin I ever had. As for the effects on my hair and nails, I cannot say because I don't think I have been taking them long enough, though I do notice my nails though not noticeably stronger do seem to be growing as they didn't seem to before.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about hair vitamins. I have not taken them for very long so I can’t really give a definitive opinion about these. I think it takes at least 2-3 months to notice anything but I love the taste of the gummies.

not sure why, but this is the only thing that will grow my hair. probably the biotin. if i stop taking it, my hair practically stops growing as well. it also strengthens the nails a lot. for some reason these gummies work better than the liposomals, which had no effect for me. either way, this is great, i'm a repeat buyer, recommend it to everyone!!! ... show more

I have been taking these for several months and can see a very very slight improvement in my hair. I haven't noticed a huge improvement and was hoping for a little more.
