I purchased this 1 year and 10 months ago, and the heating element went out two months ago. I messaged the seller to see if there's anything to do such as trouble shooting, or possible discount on replacing the heating element parts and he said it was past the time of refunding, so i would have to buy a whole new one. 2 years.....that's the quality you'll get if you buy this product. ... show more

Customer service responds quickly to solve any issues you may have. This item only takes about an hour to assemble and looks really good! It is not solid wood but for the price you get something that looks really nice!

Well I didn’t give a 5 star over all because it did turn out to be a little darker then the picture and there was a wrinkle in the lament on one of the pieces that went in the back. But with that said. It turned out to be real easy to assemble, had no issues there. It came packaged very well. It is particleboard for the most part except the legs they seemed to be solid. When put together it was heavier then expected. It is well worth the price paid. Oh, and had no issues with the fireplace other then the flame could use some blue in it to give it a little more real effect. ... show more
