I do not take this on a regular basis, but it definitely does have an effect when I do! It smells pretty earthy, and the taste can throw someone for a loop. As long as you drink or eat something after ingesting, the taste does not linger long, and it is not too unpleasant. It does not affect my stomach, and I do feel effects after taking it. I feel more focused and centered. Liquid drops seem to work better than the powder! With continuous use it does seem pretty long-lasting.

Tastes great! The directions are a bit confusing. It comes with a one ML syringe dropper, but you’re supposed to take .5. So I have to be careful to make sure I don’t overdo it. Otherwise great

I love this product. I’ve tried maca powder but it’s difficult to consumer regularly. This is easy to take and tastes good. I haven’t taken it long enough to notice any differences in my health but I’ve been in a good mood all week since starting it :)
