Received Marxon G1500 in about 3 days. Packaged well, double boxed. Unboxed unit and did initial charge from about 76%. Charging is very impressive as is overload protection(more on that in a minute). Unplugged and powered it off. Powered on the next day it was around 80%. Charged to 100% again and tried a few hand tools, 500 - 600watts, no problems. Tried a heat gun on low 700 watts, no problem, on high 1420watts or so unit started beeping after about 40 seconds and shuts off heat gun. Powered machine off. Waited a couple of minutes and powered it back on, tried heat gun again, same result. ALSO HAD A WEIRD CHEMICAL SMELL. Waited an hour or so and tried to power back on, nothing. Next day it powered back on, 43% remaining. Fully charged to 100% unplugged it, powered it off and left it for a few hours, depleted to about 80%. Overload protection works well, but it should not even be working with less than a 1800w load, never less the stated 3600w surge. I bought this to power my refrigerator in an emergency, and am not confident it will for more than a couple of hours. I believe your numbers for this machine are grossly exaggerated, I decided to buy yours because of the bigger battery capacity compared to others in same category. I should have bought one of the name brands with more reviews, but was intrigued by your battery capacity and ease of paralleling with another machine, instead of just an extra battery. I like trying new companies and have mostly found hidden gems, instead of just buying what everyone else is buying. Slow response from their customer service through Amazon(I wanted it documented) - otherwise you're emailing directly in China. They offered $100 refund and never inquired more about the issues which indicates they know they have problems with these units. Other reviews about not maintaining 100% charge if left plugged in are correct, it will start depleting the battery if left plugged in. this unit still depletes the battery unplugged and all power buttons off. REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE SMELL IT HAS AND LEAVING IT IN MY SHOP. Hopefully Amazon steps up and takes care of this, because I don't think it can be returned - especially with the smell it has. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. MARXON Power station arrived in perfect condition and was very well packed with double boxes. This product has 4 AC power outlets, 4 USB-A and 2 USB-C outlets which is plenty for regular use. I noticed there is very very little power consumption when both AC and DC are not on, which is very good, not like other brand that consume much higher energy even nothing is connected to their units. I like the most about this is the UPS switchover time is less than 10ms. The Bluetti AC300 that I have is rated at 20ms. Also the Bluetti AC300+B300 (3072Wh) with total weight of over 127 Lbs cost almost 4 times more than this Marxon 1440WH which weights only 40.7 Lbs. You can see my picture to compare the size of both power stations and both are using LiFePo4 batteries. Attached video demonstrate UPS feature 1) Power Station is connected to power wall outlet. 2) Computer is getting power from Power Station 3) Computer is on while Power Station is charging 4) Unplug power cable from the wall outlet 5) Computer keep on running with no problem 6) Power Station stopped charging 7) Computer(Laptop) battery is out meaning power is solely from the Power Station 8) Computer shutdown when Power Station AC is turned off MARXON is perfect for supply non-stop power supply to my computer, 14 hours at 70 watts consumption which is quite enough for my use. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with my purchase. I decided to to putchase this powerstation due to the advertised performance as I need high performing unit that provides clean pure sine wave power for my rv. The advertised specs are true! I was able to output over 1250 watts using my required CPAP as well as other things without the bms cutting power. Charging input wattage was 1000 watts as specificed and thats what I am most estatic with. Its fast charging performance literally took 1 hour to charge the battery from 2% to 90%. Very happy with my purchase! Perfect for my boondocking adventures in our RV. I will be purchasing the parralel cable set and another G1500 to run the 2 g1500 powerstatuons in parrallel to reach capacities of 2880wh/3600 watts. Super excited to add this unit as a Contingency to my batteries on my RV. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm really impressed with the design of the Marxon power station. It's compact, yet feels very durable, and the features all work seamlessly together. For anyone in the market for a power station, this is definitely one of the best values out there. This unit has LiFePo4 batteries, which are known for being safe and long-lasting. Yes, they're heavy, but the convenient handles make it easy to carry with just one hand, leaving the other hand free to open doors or carry other items. The display on this power station is also worth mentioning. It's clear, easy to read, and provides lots of useful information at a glance. And if you're looking for a power station that can double as a UPS, this one has got you covered - it supports UPS mode, which is great for keeping your electronics running during power outages. Personally, I plan to use my Marxon power station as a reliable UPS to keep my electronics running during occasional power outages. And with the ability to connect a large lead-acid battery to extend the runtime, I know I'll be covered for even longer outages (as seen in the attached video). Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase of the Marxon power station.
