This beautiful midnight blue console is the centerpiece of my new living room. I am blown away by how amazing it looks, my photos do not do it justice. First off is the color, it is the deepest possible blue, like the darkest corners of the unexplored portions of the galaxy. I love the color blue and this is probably one of my most favorite shades, a gothic answer to blue skies. Second, it has beautiful, artistically significant doors. I really love these doors and was surprised when I went searching for a new tv stand that rustic barn door cabinets had really taken over the entertainment furniture world. No offense to the barn door lovers out there, but I just do not like that look and I worry that the doors will become damaged since they have so many more moving bits than a cabinet with hinges Third, this cabinet has a lot of storage, I am using it for board games as well as an xbox and controllers and a charger and a reusable battery charger and there is still a lot of space left. Fourth, there are some discrete and solid looking openings in the back of the cabinet so that you can thread cords through. The back is not cardboard, this is a real piece of solid furniture. Now for my only complaint and it isn't something that I think is really solvable, this takes at least two people working together to assemble. I say two people, but at times I ended up helping by shining a flashlight inside of the unit so that my son and husband could line up the no-tool pegs and flip the latches that are located inside to an open position before then flipping them to lock. All of this takes more than one person and I think people should know that it takes a certain amount of skill and strength to lift the heavy pieces of the cabinet into place. Also about the no-tool assembly, several of the locking bits inside of the cabinet were still and difficult to unlock, my son had to use a small mallet to whack them into place. When the cabinet arrives it is in a truly gigantic box, around 6 feet long and about 12 inches wide. We had to bring it into our place from the back door with a flatbed dolly and a small ramp for navigating up the one step into our living room. The box itself is extremely heavy, the UPS driver used a mechanized lift to lower it from the back of his truck and luckily my son was home and ready with the dolly to transfer it. All of this isn't meant as a criticism, just an acknowledgement that if you aren't especially good at furniture assembly and have some limitations on your strength, you will need to arrange help to receive this item and set it up. ... show more

Color: Antique Teal-green Pattern Name: TV Stand
This was perfect in my house. It matches this green/teal color we put up on some of the walls. It was the first piece I found that was the color I was looking for in a stand for under the TV. It's more green than blue, but still has some blue tone to it. It wasn't exactly easy to put together, it took some time, but it wasn't overly difficult. We managed to scratch up a small piece of it putting on the doors, but it's not really noticeable. I can't say for sure if that came off easily or if we just got little to rough putting it together. t's got lots of storage, more than we probably even need and have openings in the backs for cords which makes it nice for under a TV. The hardware is pretty and glass has very slight tint to it to hide your stuff inside. I would definitely buy this again! ... show more

    • What a Beautiful Piece of Furniture!
Color: Antique Cream White Pattern Name: TV Stand
This credenza in 'antique white' is really awesome. It arrived in one very LARGE, HEAVY (150 lbs) , box and the interior pieces were extremely well protected. It does take TWO PEOPLE to put together! The doors come assembled with the clear, removable glass already installed and kept in place with removable clear silicone retention strips ; they are already hinged to the front panel. The top and bottom interior door latches are already installed. The directions are very clear and easy to understand. No long explanations, but very accurate pictures. The pieces of the credenza are all clearly labeled and match the labeling on the pictures in the directions. You will need a phillips screw driver - that's all! IMPORTANT: FOLLOW THE STEPS EXACTLY as the instructions state and the pictures show. All the sides, back, front, middle, top and bottom pieces "lock" in place. Be prepared to apply some force to 'lock' the pieces in place. Two people are needed to keep the credenza panels 'squared' so that they all 'lock' into place. You do not have to screw this credenza together. The four 'bun' feet and two square feet all screw into metal sleeves. The base and top are very solid (all MDF), the doors are solid with the wood geometric designs also like wood (not thin luan or cardboard). The two shelves are also made from MDF and even with a tool box and a sewing machine placed on them, there is no sagging or bowing. The back panel of the credenza is the only 'thinner' piece and has slots cut into it to accommodate electrical cords on equipment or items to be plugged into the wall. The front cabinet door pulls are black metal and come in three pieces each and are attached to the doors with metal screws from the inside (supplied). Note: Look closely at your cabinet door pulls, as there is an 'upside' and an 'upside down' to each of the two long pieces/plates. If you don't put one upside and the other upside down, one pull will be higher than the other. (this is easily fixed, by loosening them and spinning the plate to the upside or downside position - then tightening the knob pull assembly) The color is stated as 'antique white'. The basic overall color is more of a darker off-white with a hint of gray. In fact, it looks a little 'grubby'. The credenza is 'antiqued' quite heavily, especially on the edges and corners of the top, bottom and individual cabinet doors. There is nothing crisp white or new looking about this piece. It definitely looks 'antique'. The surfaces of the cabinet are all very smooth, especially the top. I found similar credenzas priced at $200 to 800 more! This credenza gets 5 stars! It is sturdy, lovely and well designed. We think it is really awesome and a beautiful piece of furniture! ... show more
