Like all mail order furniture there will always be unseen damage. One of the legs were broken, the wood separated and fell off. I repaired the leg by gluing it. Noticeable paint chip/flake missing from the front of the furniture. The most annoying part of this item is lack of quality of production. The sidewall of this cabinet was manufactured poorly. The visible peg holes in the last photo don't even line up with the shelves!! It's like the feet were attached to the top of the side of the manufacturer attached the wrong peg board to the side..... Poor quality and attention to detail. Needless to say, if I was Martha Stewart and My name was attached to this furniture, I'd be embarrassed. ... show more

Overall this is a good quality shelf and easy to assemble, but whoever packaged it wrote on styrofoam with permanent marker and placed it marker side down on the TOP of the shelf. Now there is permanent market stain visible. We've tried everything to get it off without success.
