Waited a bit to write this as I wanted to make sure it kept up with my son’s regular use. This desk has been functioning great since getting it for Christmas. He’s constantly transitioning from a sitting, standing position. The motor is strong enough to elevate his heavy pc which is attached to the side on a pc mount. He also has a double monitor system and lots of other items on the desk. The desk is running strong and we’re very happy with it. I may be getting one for my home office soon!! ... show more

One glaring problem with the unit I received is that the transformer plug unit has a female two prong connector and the motor plug has a female 6 prong connector. Not sure how to contact the seller to correct.

Got this as a post-hurricane replacement for my last standing desk which I loved. This ones not bad. Let's start with the fact that this was probably the easiest assembly/install of a standing desk (this would be #4) I've experienced. The legs/motor came one day in a box and the next the top came. The assembly was super easy following the included instructions. The bottom of the top has predrilled or at least pre-marked holes for this specific desk stand, so that made this super easy to install. Believe it was under 60 minutes from unboxing to first use. The legs and motor assembly are quite sturdy, and like many standing desks gets a little less sturdy at the highest level. This is a single motor desk, and while I've had both single and dual motors in the past, this seems sufficient, runs smoothly, and is not terribly noisy. The desk top is "fine", but a little thinner then I'm used to. It's a nice black laminate and has rounded corners. It's great for writing on as well as for holding things. It has bult-in wire management in the rear center, and a wire management "box" that sits on the underside. Am exploring if I can put a dual monitor stand without disturbing, but this is a wide enough table top such that it should not be a problem. So sturdy and large, but somewhat optically thin. Not the best standing desk out there, but decent for the price. Pros: Low price, large size top (63x30 inch), sturdy metal base Cons: The cheap particle board top got damaged in shipping. The replacement they sent was damaged during shipping as well. Sent both back for refund and I ended up ordering a bamboo top desk from the Sanodesk brand but to my surprise I received a Flexispot desk instead. Love it! Arrived in 3 days with absolutely no damage vs waiting over a month for the Marsail desks and to arrive damaged at that. My advice is to spend a little more $ and get a desk that will last for many years...you get what you pay for. ... show more
