I’m so used to my OLD mattress topper that I wasn’t anticipating this being so firm. That being said, THIS Goldilocks needs a bed she can sink into. Now that the new topper is on, that won’t be happening for awhile, but it is comfortable as is. There was a slight odor, but nothing unbearable. I read the instructions and unzipped the cover and let it expand as opposed to letting it sit out for 48 hours. I didn’t bother to drag it outside to air out, that’s how negligible the odor was. The item arrived with the zipper (see photo) looking broken, but once it expanded, I zipped it up by myself and moved it the bedroom myself with no problem. The cover is washable, but I wouldn’t want to have to get it back on by myself. One side of the cover is non slip (the side where the straps are placed). Most of my sheets are not deep enough to fit, but I do have a couple of sets and will be looking for more that have deep pockets. My mattress and cover are only 14”, so all my sheets “should” fit. I got a great deal with prime day, so no buyer’s remorse 😉 I like the quality of the foam and really like the cover. It’s a serious upgrade from my 3” plain foam topper. I haven’t slept on it yet, but can’t imagine this will cool me off much. I sleep hot. The bamboo might have been a better choice, but I was just trying to make my mattress last a bit longer. It’s past its sell by date. Will update this review if anything remarkable occurs. UPDATE: I’ve now slept on it for a few nights and it remains quite the upgrade to my old topper. The memory foam is a game changer! I would purchase again.

I recently bought a new bed and mattress and it was not the memory foam my body is used to so I had difficulty adjusting. Nevertheless, this mattress topper makes a huge difference, I am able to sleep more comfortably. I partularly like how it takes on my body shape when laying on it. Its is super soft and worth a good nights rest. I recommend this product.

I hardly write reviews, however, I’m very grateful for this purchase. At the time of purchase the mattress was on sale for $40 which you can’t beat for a premium 3 inch certified memory foam topper with a washable cover. The mattress took a few minutes to reach its full 3 inches. Ease of use using the straps to latch perfectly onto my medium firm mattress. No smells. Firmness level is the prefect balance between plush to medium comfort. Excellent quality for the price. I’d buy this for all my beds. This is a must have product. Highly recommended ordering this model, you won’t regret.

When I purchased this topper it was the only one with no negative reviews (one has now appeared). I have a new Twin XL hospital-type adjustable bed with a very hard, plastic covered mattress. I love that I can adjust the head & foot positions, but it is a sweat box even when I added my quilted mattress cover to it. All the gel-infused or memory foam toppers had terrible reviews underneath the usual super-positive ones that we're never quite sure about. I let this one expand and air out for 48 hours, then placed it on the bed. Now because it's a hospital bed, the "twin XL" mattress is slightly more narrow than a standard one, but still 80" long, so the topper overlaps about 1.5" on each side. With the straps and non slip bottom, that was no problem. The sheets fit fine; in fact they fit better because again, the hospital mattress is very thin and solid so the topper brought it up to a more normal mattress height. Then the big test, SLEEPING on it. Oh my stars, what a comfortable difference it made! The best sleep I've had since getting the bed. It didn't shift and allowed me to actually sleep late in comfort. It felt cool at first, then kind of neutral, but never made me hot. I love it and I'm very glad I bought it.

Very comfortable when I got this I was a little sketchy, but I wasn’t sure if it would actually work out very good with my back pain in my leg pain. My husband was in a lot of pain too, but once we got it man, I never knew a good sleep was until I laid on it.

I decided to give my mattress a little makeover with this topper, and let me tell you—it’s like sleeping on a cloud that isn’t too soft! It adds just the right amount of cushioning without feeling like I’m sinking into quicksand every night. Super cozy! However, a word of warning: this topper is thick! So thick that I had to buy extra-deep sheets to cover my bed properly. And let’s just say, it’s added a few extra inches to my bed height, which has made getting in and out a bit more of a workout (bonus points if you’re looking to squeeze in a little morning exercise!). Overall, I’m really pleased with the comfort it’s brought to my sleep, but be prepared for a taller bed and maybe invest in those extra-deep sheets. If you’re looking for a cozy upgrade that doesn’t swallow you whole, this topper is a great choice!
