This comprehensive starter kit is easy to set up and use. It is sturdy and good quality. Only complaint is that the LED light is limited. It is small and the light intensity cant be adjusted. Had problems keeping the plants low enough and getting the light high enough.

Shipping was amazing, box was discrete and not labeled as a grow tent from the outside, rather large even for the 32"x32", but once inside my apt I opened it and there were about 5 or 6 other boxes inside with all the parts neatly packed. Instructions were present but not the most detailed. Tent assembly requires a few beers/bong rips/a friend and maybe a YouTube video to see how to actually fit the tent shell onto the frame.... But once it's on, it's beautiful. The fan, light, controller and sensor all clip in with rj12/phone wires, the app associated with the controller works beautifully. I was able to check my tent stats while away from the house as well, super cool. My plant seems much happier in this tent than in my closet. The ventilation system is a breeze. The 150w light is SO MUCH BRIGHTER than my 100w approx home made rig. Everything is top notch, zipper, Velcro, all that is perfect, the stitching is great and everything seems sturdy. Oh and there were not one but two sheets of stickers, how cool!

This kit is a great value for the money. The tent is well-made good quality material. It’s easy to put together. However, it is a bit short for a full-size plant. The light is light weight and doesn’t heat up as much so I have better temperature control inside the tent while still being able to provide the right amount of light. I found the digital thermometer/humidity meter to be a little bit difficult to program due to sub par instructions. The fan is not too loud if it’s inside the tent but could be loud outside the tent especially on high speed. The ducting fit very snuggly over the opening of the carbon filter and I had to cut it a little bit to make it wide enough to get it over the opening. I am happy with my purchase overall.

Very Disappointed with the Controller and Setup Instructions The setup instructions for this kit are terrible. There are little to no clear directions explaining how to properly connect all of the equipment to the controller. My kit came with an inline fan, oscillating fan, temperature/humidity sensor, and a grow light that has two RJ12 ports. The instructions never clearly explained whether both RJ12 ports on the light needed to be connected or how all of the equipment should be connected to the controller. I also purchased the Mars Hydro humidifier, and the instructions for adding it to the system were just as confusing, especially considering the limited number of ports available on the controller. To make matters worse, the controller would randomly turn on and off, causing my grow tent to lose lighting and environmental control. This created temperature and humidity fluctuations that negatively impacted my grow. Eventually, the controller completely failed, started smoking, and became unusable and this happened before I even had all of the equipment connected. I contacted Mars Hydro through their website and never received a response. I also informed them through Amazon that the RJ12 connector on my oscillating fan was damaged, but that issue was never addressed. Another frustrating surprise was discovering that the controller does not include a power cord. I only learned this after contacting Amazon support because the product information was unclear. After losing several days of use, I finally gave up on the controller and started running everything manually. Unfortunately, without a functioning controller I cannot adjust the speed of the inline fan, only the oscillating fan. This makes it extremely difficult to properly manage temperature and humidity inside the tent. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of support from Mars Hydro. Rather than receiving timely assistance from the manufacturer, I had to reach out to Amazon. Fortunately, Amazon provided excellent customer service and graciously gave me a credit so I could purchase another controller immediately instead of waiting nearly two weeks for a replacement tent. Had I waited for the replacement process, it could have completely disrupted or ruined my grow. For a product advertised as a smart, automated grow system, the lack of documentation, unclear RJ12 wiring instructions, poor support, controller failure, and missing information have made this a very frustrating experience. I expected a much better user experience from a premium grow system. The only bright spot in this experience was Amazon’s willingness to step in and help when the manufacturer did not respond timely.
