I never write reviews but this made me want to. If you’re in the fence about it, just do it! It has made my boat feel 10-20 degrees cooler. It’s pretty sturdy from what I can tell, it wobbles back and forth a little bit but that’s expected with a Bimini top. This Bimini is quality construction, however the reason I rated it 1 star for easy to install and easy to assemble is because the instructions are very vague. If you have never put a Bimini together before, this is very confusing. I used the graphics from the amazon description more than the actual instructions. The paper instructions do not provide measurements on where to install the mounts to the boat or which sections of the poles take bolts/twist knobs. The screws provided to install the canvas strap hooks and boat mounts are NOT self-tapping for metal/aluminum, had to use my own. The zip on/off sides are really nice to protect yourself from rain/sun. I can tell that I will have to be careful with the zippers as they are OK quality. I would buy this again, good Bimini. Make sure you do your research on measurements of your boat before purchasing. ... show more

This Bimini top was fairly easy to assemble and install. After the third time using it, we noticed the support poles on one side are starting to bow out. When we attempted to reshape it a bit, we realized that one of the rivets in the poles had come loose. These are all minor things compared to the low cost. The Bimini top will work for us for now. So awesome. We have an older boat and this was a concern of mine, hoping that it would fit. This cover is so universal that it fit so good!! It was an easy instal and the quality of the material is amazing.

Good product overall. Rear support poles came apart while underway, drilled a hole and put a stainless steel bolt through each side to repair. Worked great after modifications. (Also used star brite to waterproof)
