Suddenly, a few months ago, I could not find "sliced" fresh almonds. Where I could find them, they were in smaller packages at exceedingly unreasonable prices. Since we use them in our oatmeal, making breads, cookies, and in cakes, this is not acceptable. I was so happy to find these 2-pounders. They are fresh, packaged well, tasty, excellent all around and priced well. We have bought these several times now and are always pleased. Highly recommended.

I started using sliced almonds after getting a great buy at Costco but then the next time I went they didn't have them. Almonds are such a healthy snack and I guess I've realized as I age that regular almonds aren't as easy to chew as they used to be. These sliced almonds remedy that for me and I find I add them to many more meals and snacks because they're sliced. Good Buy!
