****MOST RECENT UPDATED REVIEW**** The company had great customer service. After reaching out to them, they replaced not only the cap but also the entire food tray brand new. It wasn't too much of a hassle since this happened outside of the return window. I still think the cap can be designed better/more sturdier to last longer. But for the price point the quality is okay. ****UPDATED REVIEW**** So we've loved this food tray and it's held up okay for the most part except for the screw cap for the water bottle. It's already cracking within 4 months of use which is pretty disappointing. Once the screw cap is completely broken, the water bottle will be of no use since the cap is needed to control the amount of water coming out of it. Hopefully I can get a replacement for the water bottle cap. Original review: Such an adorable food tray. It is so perfect. I love that the bowl is at a tilt. It makes it so easy for my kitten to eat without spilling or falling in. I love the little cat ear detail on the bowl too :) it holds a good amount of food and I love that the water refills as he drinks. A must have for any new kitten or addition to the family. The bowl isn't super sturdy, which is why I docked off one star, you have to be very careful if transferring it around with food and water in it (hence the missing star) but the quality and value for the money is pretty great. I ordered two of these, one for my cat and one for my sister’s I’m now fostering. First - they are insanely cute! Second, the bowl size is perfect as it’s easy for my son to limit how much he feeds the cats - he can be heavy handed. The water bottle part did not work well on one of mine - it wouldn’t release water to refill the bowl. I contacted the seller - they responded immediately and sent a replacement quickly. The replacement works flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier about the amazing customer service from this seller. The bowls are easy to clean and definitely a good value. AND SUPER CUTE!!! ... show more

I think it's very cute but I do wish that the water part was bigger it's very small and maybe also lifted the food bowl does not stay nicely and can be taken out and turns around I wish it could lock into place maybe.

Had one of those CATIT fountains - ridiculously expensive and after three months the motor clogged up - plus, my cat hated it. This little feeding station is brilliantly designed, simple, easy to clean and maintain and does not need filters, power cords, and of course, it is not quite so easy for little paws to toss their dry food all over! The water bottle automatically stops filling and comes with an extra cap - also easy to fill and supplies enough water to drink for any cat. I like simple, this is a simple feeder to use and clean, the feed dish can be separated from feeder to be placed in any dishwasher at low heat or hand cleaned with a mild dishwashing soap, paper towel or sponge. It comes with two (2) water bottle gravity feed adapters that can be alternated to clean and dry to maintain water purity, with the added benefit of the adapters fitting on most soft drink recyclable plastic bottles 12-16 ounces if the included plastic bottle becomes damaged. There was no hesitation by my furry family member to use immediately. The sets feeder bowl height matches her feeding height and has improved my cats digestion by reducing her after meal vomiting to zero after less than a week of use-a win for the cleanup crew-me. It is very light, but durable, no warping of plastic at all-sits flat, the structure design maintains balance of water bottle and bowl when filled to maximum capacity, my last feeder tipped over when water bottle was filled to capacity.
