I've been using this on enough for a long while.And every time I use it's i've noticed that I shed a lot more hair in the shower Mind you I always detangle before hand to minimize it.. I've tried different masks like this one and this is the only one that makes me shed goldball size hair balls (it's a tad of an exageration.. but you get the point!) It does what it's advertised!hydrates my hair very nicely.Personally, I'm not a fan of the lemony sent but it works. I'm just not a fan of how much it makes my hair shed

My curls always tended to be moisturized for all of 5 mins then frizzed up for the remainder of my style. It's thick enough that a little goes a long way, the smell is soft and pleasant and while I was still applying it through my hair I already felt my hair getting softer and form a real curl pattern! After using this for a month, I saw better curl formation, styles that lasted longer and less breakage. If you have more time in your day put a shower cap on and really deep condition with heat if that's your thing. The jar lasts a while as well and it doesn't break the bank.
