What is the button on the bottem of neti pot bottle for? The built-in valve allows a consistent water flow, protecting nasal cavity from damage. How does this compare with a simple ceramic neti pot? I switched to this after using a neti pot. This is what a neti pot should be. Much easier to use and more consistent results. It feels like water is going up my nose. Should I use the kid's nozzle instead? There is a process of water going up the nose which might make people uncomfortable, but it will eventually flow out the other nostril. Switch nozzle only if you prefer more gentle flow. Where can I purchase these exact saline packets without having to buy the bottle again? Both the neti pot salt packets inside and the individual nasal wash bottle can be purchased from the Maoever Nasal 300 store. How long you should use the 1*300ml sinus rinse bottle before replacing it with new one? We use it "as needed," clean it, and then store it until the next use. The time of consuming a bottle is not assured, but you might want to consult your doctor. I would give it 6 Stars if that were an option. Works perfectly and much more effective and convenient to use that my old ceramic Neti Pot. Included are nozzles to fit any conceivable nose. Also included are several packets of "special salt". I did not discover anything particularly "special: about the salt packets other than they are difficult to open. OK. We need to include 2 negative issues here if for no other reason to demonstrate that this review is balanced. The instructions are all but useless: 1) The use of the button/valve at the bottom of the reservoir bottle is not explained; 2) The temperature strip - is it heat sensitive or just some ill-conceived guide? ... show more

Didn't know what to expect. Bought new 1 gal bottled water to be used with item. Instruction booklet not complicated, but only two pages of basic good information, easy to read/understand. Thought just using room temperature on the water was ok, after over a hour of water just sitting around, temperature tab placed on item bottle showed water temperature Still to low. I used a portable electric burner, at lowest setting to get water in bottle slowly to a better degree. Next time I'll try using a microwave to heat water separately, for a quick water heat. Using item: Was a little awkward at first use, but everything fell into place, very simple. Item very affordable, nice, easy to use design, both in size and comfort, and all around solid product. This is a great device for people who hate the sensation of drowning that comes with typical Neti Pots. I was relieved to simply tilt my head to cleanse my sinuses. If you have allergies or hate the feeling you get when you use a traditional Neti Pot-this is exactly what you need.

I had the expensive brand of Neti Pot for many years. I decided to buy this one because it looked easier to use and the price was right. Sure enough, this functions WAY better than my neti pot and is so much easier--I don't feel like I have to find the perfect angle to tilt my head for the water to flow. The button on bottom of bottle is useful for "pushing" the water through my nasal passages. It's amazing how much mucus it can clear out. 10/10, would recommend to everyone over the classic version of Neti Pot. Also, I love the bonus nozzle tips so my husband can use a different tip and there's a separate one for my child. ... show more

They're different shaped tips for the end of the nozzle, but they're all basically the same size. For somebody who has a very small nose or at least a very small nostrils this was disappointing.
