Features

  • Manual Gear-Driven Tire Changer for Home & Small Workshop Use: Designed for DIY garages and small workshops that need a reliable way to mount and demount large tires without air compressors or electricity. The manual gear transmission multiplies input force, making tire changes more controllable and less physically demanding than lever-only tools
  • Includes Mounting & Demounting Components in One System: This all-in-one tire changer includes the tire changer body, cast-steel duck head for bead mounting and demounting, ergonomic handle, and stable mounting base. No additional mounting or demounting tools are required for standard tire changes
  • Cast-Steel Duck Head Built for Repeated High-Load Use: The duck head is made from high-strength cast steel to maintain shape under bead pressure during mounting and demounting. Compared to stamped or thin welded components, cast steel resists bending and deformation, helping protect both the tire bead and wheel edge during operation
  • Controlled, Adjustable Operation to Reduce Wheel Damage: The wrench-style adjustable screw allows users to set and control clamping force by lifting and twisting, rather than forcing the tire abruptly. This smooth, controlled motion helps reduce slipping, sudden stress, and accidental scratching when used correctly
  • Handles Large Rims from 1826 for Vehicles & Equipment: Suitable for mounting and demounting tires on cars, SUVs, MPVs, Truck, RV and lawn equipment within the specified rim range. Designed for occasional to moderate use; not intended to replace high-volume commercial tire shop machines

  • Rods spaced too far to align wheel properly
The media could not be loaded. Overall design and structure is nice and innovative. Was really excited to use it. After assembling it, we tried putting a wheel on, but it wouldn’t work. Found out the rods aligning the wheel to center it properly for the rotation of the duck bill are spaced too far apart; even on the settings nearest to the long shaft. We tried but could not get the wheel on there at all. That makes this tire changer worthless for our needs. We had a steel wheel on it. 17” rim, with 5 holes for the wheel bolts to pass through for mounting on car. ... show more
