I bought this grinder in October of last year and used it multiple times everyday. I love the simplicity of a manual grinder and it works great. After about 8 months, I had an issue with the mechanism that holds the central post in place. I reached out to the seller and since it was still under warranty he quickly responded and immediately sent me a replacement. When the replacement he sent me was apparently taken from the mailroom of my apartment complex right after it was delivered and before I could pick it up, the seller went above and beyond my expectations and sent me another replacement. Impeccable service!

Had another brand of manual coffee grinder that broke. Thought I would try this one based on other reviews. I do a pour over every morning and use 20 grams of coffee. My previous grinder would take 3-5 minutes depending on how fast you cranked. This one takes less than a minute. Another plus for me is that if you fill the bean hopper it is exactly 20 grams.

The product is shipped in a nice box and protects the product well. The device is simple to use and I like because it is manual and everything comes out consistently well. From the selection to the grain of your ground bean grinds to the simple but effective cleaning regimen I find that is fits well into a daily coffee prep regimen that produces consistent and excellent coffee results. While I don't plan to travel with this device, I can imagine taking it somewhere would not be much of a hassle and should work equally well on a vacation, for example. I have only been using for a few weeks, but I don't imagine anything will keep if from working for many months or years to come. I recommend.

Overall great grinder (used twice already) AFTER some adjustments were made (why I removed 1 star). The instructions were not very clear as to how much to adjust or how exactly to adjust the grinder (fine/coarse). I later noticed other reviewers had the same gripe. Great to take to the office, grind my beans and use my portable espresso maker. Solid quality built. This is my first portable grinder.

Easy to load and grind. No mess. Grinder holds about 1/3 cup beans (20 g), which yields about 4 cups worth. Easily disassembles for cleaning. A bit heavy but seems durable.
