Come damage from the corner packages aren’t being handled with care or seller is not putting extra support in the corners. Also it was hard to put together maybe a Video should be put up to get better idea how to assemble.

It looks great in our living room and is really nice. The install is a major pain, though. Took two of us about 5 hours to put together and mount. It was worth it, just a hassle to get set up.

As everyone else mentioned, the instructions are not great; However, they're not impossible. I put this together with my wife. It's definitely a two person job. In order to attach it safely to the wall I used furring strips bolted to the studs. I still need to cut some more holes in it for my receiver and access to wall sockets. I do not recommend taking on this project unless you have power tools and experience using them. Also, this product should not come with drywall anchors as there is absolutely no way to safely mount something this heavy using them.

It was a little bit time consuming putting it together, but the directions were fine. What I didn’t like about the directions was that they were in tenths of an inch. Approximation and conversion was easy and the placement was exact. Also, you’ll need to find the studs in the wall and have at least one screw for each of the hanging brackets securely into the stud or even better use furring strips horozontally. I did not use the tv mount that came with the unit. It is very nice not to see wires hanging all over the place. This is a clean and nice design!

Item came in two very large boxes and came a day early so I was very pleased. My husband and I were ready to install and upon opening up the first box (pics included) ... Needless to say I was upset and called in for help, only to be told now it would be delivered in 14 days. Which was disappointing because I originally got it in about 7. So this now leaves us rushing to install on Labor Day weekend before friends and family arrive. I was told there was no way to have rush shipping and little help was offered. I called the actual company and of course they’re closed on Saturday. Outside of the item arriving damaged it appears to be a good piece so fingers crossed that the next delivery is ok.

Product was delivered in two separate boxes on separate days. Was not informed of this so I thought I only had missing parts, so I took a star away for that. It is difficult to put together, but it is good quality and looks great. I would purchase again.

This was difficult to piece together without alpha- numeric labeling on the wood pieces at all. To the point we hired professionals and they asked the same thing as if we were missing the sticker indicators to assemble the item. Now that it is finally assembled and mounted after almost five hours, it looks good and is good value for the money.

Missing parts received only one, and it came only half, I have been waiting for them to solve this problem for many days, weeks know I am very disappointed with this purchase. Had the top corner broken some nicks plus they never mentioned it would come in 2 boxes I have only received 1 box
