Description

How to tell if the ice maker is working? When the "Ice Making" light is on, the machine starts. The display first counts up in seconds (0-59), then in minutes (1-7), and finally counts down minutes (time varies with settings). How do I adjust the ice thickness? Use the "+" and "-" buttons. "-5" decreases ice-making time by 5 minutes for thinner ice, while "5" increases it by 5 minutes for thicker ice. What types of water supply methods does the ice maker support? It is compatible with faucets featuring a 1/2" female thread connection. What should I do if the "Ice Making" light is flashing and the machine has stopped working? Gently press the white baffle to make the machine recognize that an ice drop has been completed, which will restart the operation. Should the protective film on the machine be removed? Yes, it should be removed. The film is only intended to prevent scratches during transportation. Removing it improves the appearance and allows for better heat dissipation. • Excellent ice maker!
I absolutely love this ice maker! It makes ice very quickly and produces plenty of ice for our needs. I really like the large storage capacity, and the self-cleaning feature makes it so much easier to maintain. It’s sturdy, convenient, and works great. Definitely one of my favorite purchases!

    • Really good machine, fantastic customer service!
Set name: 100LBS/24H-SILVER
First the bad (ish): The design of the ice maker makes the 33 lbs claim dubious, as the ice quickly gets to a level that trips the "full" sensor, but a bit over 20 lbs is definitely stored regularly, as two 10-12 pound bags can be filled without fully emptying the bin. The hook for the scoop is useless, as it'll quickly get trapped/stuck by ice as it's being dispensed (the "nook" in the front of the machine in front of the water reservoir is a far better location to keep the scoop). But this machine can definitely churn out a LOT of ice. I have no doubt it can produce 100 lbs daily, perhaps more, as it refills really quickly after scooping out a large quantity. The inside light is great (mine is on a screened patio, so finding and using it in the dark is effortless) and the included metal scoop is a big plus over the last similar machine I had. Then the very good: My machine was literally dropped on my front sidewalk by FedEx when it was delivered. The company was absolutely wonderfully responsive to "make it right" and I know they would have facilitated a return had the damage been more than cosmetic. As it turns out, I have a fully functional machine and a lot of respect for the customer service department. Cannot recommend this manufacturer enough, and I'm very pleased with the machine. ... show more

Had a small issue with the water pump on day one. Contacted customer service and they replied within hours – sent a replacement part free of charge. Now it runs perfectly. Makes clear cube ice in about 15 minutes. Noise level is lower than I expected, fine for the kitchen.

    • Good for the price
Set name: 100LBS/24H-SILVER
This isn't a bad machine for the price. The lid is very cheaply made and sticks when you to open it. The opening is small and hard to crush the ice inside the machine. It does do the job though, depending on how much you use it.

This has completely changed how I handle ice for my small business. I installed it outside my yard area, and the setup was surprisingly simple - I just plugged it in and started producing. The best part? It doesn't require constant attention; I only turned it on when I need it. In 15 minutes, I have plenty of ice ready, which is perfect for busy weekends. The build quality feels robust and durable, and handles heat even in my garage environment. Customer support was also receptive when I had a quick question: skip your store-bought bags - this machine is a must for convenience and efficiency ... show more

    • No Ice Ice Baby. Waste of money, time and energy!
Set name: 200LBS/24H-SILVER
This ice machine came highly recommended, but unfortunately my experience has been completely different. The machine did not work properly from the beginning. After spending a significant amount of time troubleshooting it, the machine would make one batch of ice and then stop with an E5 error. I went through the troubleshooting process and checked everything I could, but the problem continued. What made the experience even worse was the lack of technical support. I spent hours trying to figure out the problem with very little help or useful guidance from the manufacturer. For a machine advertised as a commercial ice maker, I expected much better reliability and customer support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this ice machine. Very frustrating purchase, especially after investing the time and effort trying to get it working. ... show more
