The leather is buttery soft and a dust bag is included to protect the bag. The drawstring closure is easy to use and the bag closes fullly. This is a good sized crossbody bag. I’m able to fit a double eyeglass case, phone, small wallet, keys. I would prefer less shiny hardware where the shoulder strap attaches but you really do t see it. This purse looks like leather and it's the right size for carrying necessities on casual excursions such as going to the movies, to lunch or an evening date. The color is soft and overall the purse doesn't look cheap. I'm happy with my purchase.
