I got this Malco Heavy-Duty Microfiber Refresh Concentrated Detergent to use on my car cleaning microfiber towels. I go through a lot of them when using my rinseless car wash in a spray bottle. I also use them for detailing, paint protectant, and waxing. I wanted to try this brand since it was a little cheaper than my previous Rags to Riches detergent I used. Malco microfiber detergent says it's specifically designed to clean, restore and preserve microfiber towels. I added 2 ounces to my large load of dirty microfiber towels. I let it agitate a few minutes then shut it off to let it soak for about 15 minutes. Then I continued with the regular wash cycle. I also set the washing machine to the 2nd rinse setting. There was a big dirt ring around the top of the washing machine when it was done. It sure pulled a lot of dirt off of the towels. I line dried them after the wash was finished. I must say, they came out just as fluffy as brand new towels. Nice and soft, too. As far as the cleaning, it did not work a miracle. The outermost part of the towels were cleaner, but the deep stained parts were still stained. Like I said, it would be a miracle if they came out perfectly clean. I like that there is no added scent to the detergent. You can barely smell anything at the bottle opening. I cannot smell any fragrance left on the towels after washing them. This product renewed my microfiber waffle towels. My towels were just smearing water around and not absorbing, not good. I followed the instructions, using the sanitize cycle, to get the hottest water and only this detergent.
