This is the absolute best interior cleaner that I have ever used. I used to do leather repair professionally and this is what I used to clean leather, plastic, vinyl, etc. I would usually repair tears in automotive leather, but occasionally I would have a customer that just wanted a good cleaning for their leather. The key is how you use it. I would mix it half and half with distilled water. Spray it on a leather or vinyl surface and brush with a soft to medium fabric brush. The bristles loosen all of the dirt and grime and then wipe away with a damp rag. Most people spray it on and then try to wipe it away with a rag, but that isn't effective. You must lightly scrub the surface with a brush, THEN wipe away with a rag. For best results, keep your rag clean by rinsing it with water often. I have never had any issue removing ALL the dirt and grime with this product. If it doesn't work for you, it's only because you're not using a brush. Even if you have years worth of dirt, sweat, suntan oil, etc, this product will make it look like new again. Also, don't forget to apply leather conditioner to your seats at least twice a year.

Pros: Received in good packaging, no leaks or anything. Cleaned well, and you don't need a lot of product to clean a large area, so this bottle will last a long time. Used it on a leather chair and a plastic slide. Did really well on getting the nasty out of both. Cons: I didn't realize it needs a separate container for spraying on your furniture/rag for cleaning, so make sure you have a spray bottle at home. It also stripped the color off of my ekornes leather. Made my skin feel really dry, so make sure you use a conditioner on your stuff after cleaning. And your hands, probably lotion them up too.
