bought a pair of shoes that ran about half a size too big. not only did they stop the slipping of my heel but they moved my foot forward a bit so my toes would take up more space in the shoe. the adhesive works great and the black blends right in with the shoe. great product

Although these are soft and comfortable, it seems they tend to roll from the top down after not many wearings. When this happens and they need to be removed, the adhesive has acturally torn the material that's in certain shoes.

I have bunions, and the left foot is worse than the right. There is constant rubbing between the big toe and the next one, creating a blister that I constantly have to address. Consequently, I have to buy footwear that has a rounded toe area big enough to alleviate the blister issue. That usually means having to buy a half or whole size larger that I really need. These heel pads are wonderful. Depending on the style, sometimes I use one in both right and left, sometimes only the right.
