This was a really good purchase for someone like me who has a few 40V Makita batteries and have many 18V Makita batteries . This adapter eliminates the need to lug 2 different battery chargers to the job site . The adapter goes onto the 40V charger and then my 18V batteries connect to the adapter and I can charge those up too. ... show more
