I purchased this as a birthday gift for my now 12-year old. I was surprised at how heavy the box was when this was delivered. I was expecting very thin particle board but the box weighed 90lbs. The size is perfect and it was not a challenge to assemble by myself. I did use a power tool instead of a screwdriver for most parts. I lined the drawer, shelves and desktop with contact paper and drawer liner because I know my child will make a mess. I didn’t attach it to the wall because it seems sturdy enough and the design allows it to be flush against the wall while accounting for baseboards. Overall, I feel like this product is a good value.

I got this for my daughter. Me and my husband put it together so it didn't take long. It's pretty sturdy and heavy. Plenty of room for all her stuff. The little chair seems sturdy too. She sits on it with it tilted forward leaning and it seems to take it.

So far so good it was easy to follow the instructions and with two people and a drill it took almost three hours to put together. My daughter loves that she can change the brightness of the lights. It’s also pretty sturdy too.
