I Bought this vanity for my daughter 4 months ago. The unit itself is fine but literally took 2 days to put together. The electronics (lights) are the issue. The FIRST time It stopped working, they sent replacement parts and it worked for a few more weeks. Now the vanity lights have stopped working for a THIRD time. They keep sending replacement parts but there’s obviously a quality issue here. Avoid at all costs unless you don’t care about the lights. ... show more

This desk does take a long time to assemble, it took my daughter and me several hours. But none of the steps were confusing or ambiguous, the instructions were clear. It seems well made and my daughter loves it. The programmable LED lights are very cool.

    • Vanity panel issues
Vanity is awesome, however I have had to contact the seller 2 times since Christmas because the vanity won’t turn on. They send out replacement parts to fix it which is great, not so great it only lasts a couple months then dead again.

    • Would be Great if the Lights worked
The vanity is a good size with nice arrangement of cabinet and drawers. However, the Vanity lights completely stopped working after 1x month. Also the paint on the stool legs was peeling off when we 1st received this. I solved the paint issue with a few coats of spray paint but not ideal.

    • Nice unit and good seller support - updated
Took me about 3 hours to assemble. Highly recommend using an impact driver or screw gun to assemble. Just be careful to not over tighten anything with them. Vanity light switch failed after 2 months but seller replaced immediately and lights are now working again. Update 4/2024: I have now had 3 switches fail for the vanity lights. They have replaced them with no issues up to this point. Now sending a complete light kit. Hopefully this corrects the issue. ... show more

    • Lights don't work after 2-months, assembly very difficult
I purchased this vanity only 2-months ago and the lights are no longer working, the light in the cabinet works but not the lights around the mirror. Also, we cannot close the bottom drawer because the small screws would not be fitted currently inside the track. I please ask for a replacement of this product or another more simple to assemble vanity. My daughter is so upset that the lights no longer work that is the whole point of the vanity. I spent days for the assembly it was unbelievable difficult and should be done by a professional. ... show more

    • Well worth the time to assemble
I bought this for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas after reading all the positive reviews. Instructions were straightforward to follow and took about three hours from start to finish. Two recommendations to save time and frustration: 1) Get organized. Lay out all the pieces and hardware in alpha/numerical order. This will save time searching for pieces; 2) Use a cordless drill/screwdriver. I started some of the screws with a screwdriver to get it started and also in some of the tighter spaces. The only time that I needed another person was to move it upstairs to my daughter's room. Looks great! She loves the bulb lights and LED lighted cabinet. ... show more
