This is super handy as a stand for my sponge to dry by the sink after use. I also like that when you close it up for travel theres some space between the sponge and the sides for ventilation and good drying. Better than the beauty blender brand pill pod shaped travel case because for that, when the sponge expands, it fits in the case pretty snuggly which doesn't help w/ drying/ventilation as well as this one. it also doesn't also serve as a sponge holder.

Works as it should and is described. It’s the most unique makeup sponge holder I’ve seen and I love that I can both store my sponge and dry my sponge with it too! Took off a star because I do think the cost is a little high for the product. Still worth it though if you don’t like the others on the market!

I bought this to replace a prettier rose gold one - which rusted on me. This is not AS attractive, but it's fine. It's chunky plastic, but it lets the sponge dry and it won't rust. When I first assembled it, I kept knocking the top loose because it doesn't really snap into place or anything. I thought it would be a big problem, but now that it's just sitting on my bathroom sink being used very day, I haven't actually knocked it loose again yet. For travel, I will plan to throw the whole thing in a plastic ziploc until I get to my destination. You couldn't just put this in your purse or suitcase as-is; it would just fall apart.

Great little beautyblender holder! I had a metal one for a few years and it was rusting and lost all color over time. This was an upgraded replacement. The white is nice and elegant, matches the rest of my vanity and I like that it can also be used for travel. Highly recommend it!
