It’s All About Practicing, to Master Perfection What I received I received a sealed (I prefer sealed) rectangular kind of sturdy plain brown cardboard package, measuring about 8” x 5" x 3" and weighing near one (1) pound. [A sealed package gives me peace of mind that anything inside was clean and untampered with.] Describe the package The package was plain brown and had no name brand reference, nor any marketing or descriptive information on the exterior of the package, other than for a UPC sticker, which referenced its country of manufacture, which represents, to me [that this is a generic item being sold, rather than a brand name]. What’s inside the package Inside, as soon as I opened the package, were all items described in the listing. 1. A “too” realistic 3D silicone face for makeup practice (sorry, it’s kind of creepy, but we just met). It's referred to as a “panel” and it does feel like a person’s face, allowing for a realistic makeup experience, not perfect, but darn good. 2. Eyeshadow Palette, with a whopping (40) colors, 3. Makeup Brushes, quantity eight (8), 4. Eyebrow pencils, quantity two (2), 5. Eyeliner, quantity three (3), 6. False Eyelashes, quantity (10); 7. Makeup Remover, a small bottle; and a 8. Bonus, a make-up brush sleeve, with a snap closure. All in all, it’s a great practice set. You get a good amount of tools and make-up. The “panel” is a great tool to practice on. How to clean. I simply wash the panel and brushes, carefully, with warm water and mild soap. I then let everything dry naturally and completely. I would have liked to have received What would have really completed this kit? Some cotton make-up balls and Q-tips, even if just a small sleeve of a few. Application I thought application on the panel worked well. Not perfect, but way better than trying to get someone to pose for this. The Right Tools Make a Difference Having the right tools, such as all the items in this practice kit can make a positive difference and I think helps my skill level. I am not as intimidated by the process and application. Coverage I thought coverage on the panel was realistic. This is cheap insurance against making a mistake. Cleaning Again, warm water and mild soap gave me very good results. Giftable? Oh, wow, does this make a great gift. Especially for teens. Just warn them before they open the package. It’s an easier and much faster acceptance of that new family addition. Just have wrapping paper because the presentation package looks like a commodity item. Slight criticism Considering the price, two (2) panels would have been very much appreciated; further, a drawstring bag, to put all inside, as a competitor offers. When needing to practice So, when confronted with the need to practice, or do a trial run, this is the best option. Eyelashes? Yes, there are, and they can be affixed to the panel, just as if a real person. Thoughts In my opinion, this is an excellent practice aide. Country of origin Made in China. I hope my thoughts added a wee bit of information.

It helps you practice basic makeup but it does take a bit to apply the eyeshadow palette before the rubber, doesn't let it fall. For its price I say is good for starters.

This is a really interesting set. I had never used a makeup practice face before. I think it's a super cool concept. It's a great tool for those who are interested in becoming MUAs. It's reusable. It isn't too difficult to clean. It comes with an eyeshadow palette of bright colors. Not the best quality, but it works. It also comes with 2 eyebrow pencils, 3 eyeliners, makeup remover, fake eyelashes, an 8 piece makeup brush set, and a makeup bag. Overall, it's a great set for beginners.

If you want to learn how to do makeup on others - get this. Most people pay for makeup for intricate or beautiful eye work so this set is perfect. It looks very realistic and feels high quality and almost skin-like in person.

The practice eye piece is SO creepy! If you can get past that, this is a fun set. Lots of color selection although I doubt I'd ever wear red eyeliner! Would be a fun gift for new make up users to practice on.
