I really like this lash glue. It is indeed very strong and the only issue I have had using it is, after a few uses, since it will get exposed to air once opened, even though I immediately close it after applying it to the lash band, it seems like once it’s been opened, no matter how careful you are making sure to close it tightly , keep it upright, and wipe off the excess that gets around the top of the rim… the formula starts to get thicker and clumps up, causing the effectiveness of the glue to diminish somehow. I’ve purchased a few of these tubes not being able to completely use all of the product inside, due to it getting too thick and clumping up. But for the cost, I’ll keep using this brand since it works extremely well for me when self applying lashes since the brush is so small, it makes it easy to use with practically any type of lash band or lash in general. ... show more

I've been applying my own strip lashes now for 2-3 months. I've used a number of types of glue with the aim to have a set of lashes stay on for 10-14 days, which I sometimes achieve. I saw this one in a YouTube video, so thought I'd try it - and was glad I did! It seems very similar to a much more expensive glue I have been using, but is a little easier to apply and so far, is working pretty well! This is an excellent glue. I wear falsies underneath my lashes and use this to coat my lashes, apply to base of falsies and fuse them together with a curler. This method lasts for a week! So I literally only have to apply falsies once a week and I’m good to go. I would’ve given it 5 stars but it can be quite messy to work with. Here are pros and cons: Pros: very long lasting, very strong adhesion, black color blends with lashes, does not come off easily Cons: It has a brush applicator rather than a spoolie like mascara does. It also doesn’t have a narrow opening like mascara to remove excess product when pulling the wand out of tube. This combination makes it quite messy to work with. In my opinion it’s a huge oversight for a product like this. Eventually the glue globs up around the opening and turns into kind of a latex texture (latexture?) 😂 and you have to clean off the opening after every use otherwise it will just layer on itself like latex. I have to use a clean spoolie to separate my lashes before applying because the brush applicator doesn’t do it. This is also very hard to remove, which could be a pro or con depending on your preference. You will need an oil based remover to clean it from your eyes and alcohol to clean it off of your falsies (unless you throw them away). If it had a spoolie and narrow tube opening this would be a 5 star product! ... show more

I’ve tried a whole variety of lash glue. I have always been sensitive on my face due to a big accident when I was younger. Usually the glue doesn’t hold for more than 8 hours. I’ve fallen asleep, accidentally, with my lashes still on and they were still there when I woke up the next morning ♥️

This product has helped me maintain my lashes on for longer than a week. A little definitely goes a long way. Blends super well with my lash line as well. It doesn’t feel uncomfortable either. Definitely worth the purchase.

This product is super strong so if you're looking to keep your cluster lashes on for two weeks, this will definitely stay. However, I used this product and decided that I did not like the lashes a day later. I tried to remove them with my normal cluster lash glue remover. That didn't work they wouldn't budge so I added some Aquaphor and gently massaged into the lashes. They did not even budge for five minutes and they finally slid out but unfortunately so did half of my eye natural eyelashes. ... show more

Ive been doing cluster lashes as in cutting up my fave strip lash into clusters and using ardell glue, the semi permanent one, for years. Looks great, always get compliments but this has been damaging to my lashes. So i experimented with this glue(the black one) instead and voila, stays on just as well and for weeks. I live in FL so i sweat a lot and i swim a lot, its still good. The only issue i have with this glue is that is stays sticky for a little longer than id like but once that goes away, its fine. I glue my clusters, underneath my lashes btw, looks more natural and your real lashes on top kinda protect the glue from getting gunked up from eyeshadow. I dont wear eyeliner either so this also extends the wear. Just be careful to clean around the eyes like the way you clean when you get professional lash extentions done. Also id advise to clean your lashes with a mild cleanser. I never in the 10 years ive been doing lashes like this with any infections or mites but everyone is different so do it at your own risk:) ... show more
