The media could not be loaded. Light was not turning on at first and my husband was able to turn it on after trying for 5-10 mins. I was never able to turn it on, I assume because I have smaller fingers… However days after the light stop working completely and we were unable to turn it back on. Now not even the blue light comes on. Please learn from our experience, we are able to return the item to get a full refund but the item is already assembled and it will be very very hard to return it since it also needs to go to a 3rd party.

So upset the mirror lights came broke(didn’t work). The mirror lights were the main part of the vanity. Some of my pieces to the vanity were also broke but I still made it work. It came out so nice, Other than that the mirror lights didn’t work when I press the button, eventually the blue light stopped working as well

One of the drawers came broken, the drawers railways are from wood and not comfortable when open, and also the drawers kinda of small not too big, overall consider good, just not value for the amount of money payed

it was confusing to assemble but i love it. the lights don’t work sometimes but if you tap them a few times it works and if you hold the button the light brightness goes up and down. it’s so pretty though and it didn’t come broken or anything i love it.

Product seems mid-range is sturdiness, but I wouldn’t know because it arrived like someone threw it off a truck. Not nearly enough packaging for a mirror and glass, the mirror was shattered when I got it and I can’t get a replacement unless I send the whole thing back. I don’t have any way of carrying a 100 lb box by myself.

Purchased this vanity for my granddaughter. Mirror was received cracked. In order to get it replaced they wanted us to return everything. This was quite large and very heavy. A lot of work when the Mirror could have easily been replaced

She is pretty but I can’t get the light to work when I push it. It will randomly cut on after touching it like 50 times and then I have to keep tapping it a million times to try and get it to change settings.
