Bought for my 8 yr old and she liked it but does come with some difficulties. 1st do yourself a favor and also order the "Dongle" bluetooth USB module the cord is short and when testing your program very limited and have to sit on the floor. 2nd disappointed in the programming ability of the software. Can't really us some of the sensors on the M-bot because the code for them is unavailable in block code. 3rd really needs to be run on hard flat surface as it doesn't move or turn well on carpet. That said it's a ok entry level bot to get started on programming something that works in real life for the money.

Yo tenía la duda de la diferencia con el mBot 2. Bueno la respuesta es que los motores y transmisiones de este son de plástico, algunos materiales son de menor calidad, pero en general por la diferencia de precio, creo que esta es una buena opción

I teach robotics and this is the kit I recommend. The kids keep these and we make a variety of external displays, color sensors, sound sensors, using standard Arduino parts. The logic board is actually a custom UNO board that can anything you can dream of . We use the micro version to make an Apple 1 computer, complete with 6502 instruction set. (If you wanted, you could literally do that with the MBOT.) it’s real advtange is making robot animals - pet cats, dogs, scorpions, complete with AI. You can connect a color TFT display (2.4”j and animate the faces and eyes of creatures, do art, write messages, or even do a light show. Pretty amazing for a $60 orbit and $10 worth of parts.
