If you struggle with getting your chrome powder to stick or look uniform, this top coat is a lifesaver. I use a 48W lamp, and curing it for exactly 60 seconds gives it the perfect finish for pigment application. I’ve tested it with mirror effects, Aurora, and pearlescent powders, and they all look flawless and streak-free. Unlike other top coats where the curing time is tricky (and if you miss it by a second, the pigment won't stick), this one is very reliable and consistent. What I love: Perfect Consistency: It is slightly on the thicker side, which I actually prefer because you only need a very thin layer to get the job done. Great Value: The 15ml bottle is a generous size and will last a long time since a little goes a long way. Professional Results: It ensures the chrome stays smooth without that grainy look. Better than the jodsone one. It cures for a perfect mirror chrome application in 60 seconds each time! So much easier to use as well cause id have to keep guessing when to stop the timer on my uv light w/jodsone. Tip: pour out and mix a gel color with this onto a palette ie black, white or other color that matches your chrome to prevent a bulky looking chrome french tip or isolated chrome nail art.. you're welcome ... show more

MY OPINION OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF HAS NOT CHANGED; HOWEVER, I AM CHANGING MY RATING TO FOUR STARS BECAUSE THE SELLER REACHED OUT AND OFFERED ME A FULL REFUND. IF A COMPANY IS WILLING TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND MAKE THE CONSUMER HAPPY, THEY DESERVE CREDIT FOR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This product is simply horrible. First, the smell is totally unbearable. I have used all kinds of fingernail products, and they always have an odor, but I never smelled anything so pungent and offensive in my life! Second, the polish is the consistency of snot. It goes on thick, sticky, and slimy--disgusting. Finally, it ruins your chrome finish by making it appear milky. Total waste of money. This is very easy to use. It is a pretty big bottle for the price which I’m really happy about all you have to do is put a mat topcoat on the nail first cure it then place this on cure for a full minute that you could add your chrome it’s super easy and the chrome was super nice. I literally did it on my first attempt. If you have any problems with adding chrome on nails, I would recommend getting this.
