I purchased the set of 3 stools. It was delivered in two packages as explained when ordered. Packages arrived intact, no problems. I thoroughly looked over each piece before we started to assemble. Everything looked ok. Apparently, on the third stool we noticed the hardware in part C had fallen out. We tried so many ways to fix it to no avail. I contacted Amazon who asked me to contact the seller directly which I did. The seller responded quickly asking me explain the problem and you to send pictures. After reviewing my explanation and photos, the Seller said that theyโ€™d replace that part/piece of stool. I receive it within a day or two. Our set of three is now complete. Yes, we love the stools. They are sturdy, comfortable and well made. However, we were much more amazed and impressed with the Sellerโ€™s speedy response in helping a customer. Again, thank you for making our experience with your company both stress-free and gratifying. Only thing is that the price has gone down $16 a few days after I purchased the set. ... show more

I found these stools pretty easy to assemble. A couple of the holes did not line up and I had to get the toolbox out to make proper adjustments. It didn't take long to get them together and they look nice. They are just as pictured. The seat tops are comfortable. I would have given them a five star rating all around, but as another reviewer mentioned. The seat height is to the top of the cushion. This actually makes them about two inches shorter when you sit on them. It wouldn't be a big deal for a tall person. Also, I just put another pillow on top if I am sitting for a long time on them. These are nice stools. Nothing really special, but they are nice for a kitchen counter island overhang. They were extremely easy to put together, and everything lined up perfectly. Unfortunately, one of the legs on one was cracked when it arrived. It still went together fine and seems to be ok. For less than $67 each they are a good value. After contacting the company, they are sending me a new leg (the part is actually half of the stool with 2 legs) to replace the broken one. Excellent customer service and support! I love these stools now that they have been put together by a friend who does woodworking. The wood is very strong and very hard to screw into. Plan to use your own tools not what is included, but well worth the trouble I had to go thru. The company was accommodating. Recommend

These are nice stools. The color and the fabric are just what I was looking for. The directions are crap. Use you common sense and you will have no issues . You will need a battery drill and a rubber mallet to tap the connections together as they are using dowels in the upper portion of the frame . That is the only reason for two stars on the assembly . Overall I like them ... show more
