I don’t have Maine Coons, but I do have a very large, very confident cat and his equally chunky sister — and this cat tree has been amazing for both of them. Most cat towers I’ve bought in the past wobble the second my big guy jumps on them, but this one is actually solid and heavy-duty like it claims. Both of my cats can stretch out comfortably on the big perches, and the hammock is their new favorite nap spot. The condos are roomy enough that they don’t look like stuffed sausages trying to squeeze inside (which is a first). Everything feels well-spaced and not weirdly tiny. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were clear and all the pieces lined up properly. Once it was built, it felt really stable — no tipping, no scary rocking, even when my bigger cat launches himself onto it like he’s in WWE. The scratching posts are a huge plus too. They actually use them instead of my couch, which feels like a small miracle. Overall, this is one of the few cat trees that genuinely works for bigger cats. If you’ve got large or chunky cats that break normal cat furniture, this one is 100% worth it. My cats approve, and honestly that’s the only review that matters. 😌🐾

Overall, this seems like a pretty nice tree, and my cats took to it immediately. I picked it over other trees because the design was a lot better than most others I've seen at this price point. There's several layers that have a nice flow to them, rather than having everything stacked on top of each other without room for cats to actually traverse from layer to layer. I know that young cats won't mind and can maneuver those kinds of trees pretty easily, but I don't see those kinds of trees lasting well once the cats get into their senior years. It was also important for me that there were multiple caves and beds instead of just flat platforms everywhere, and the guard rails on the higher platforms will be nice for safety especially as my cats age. Also another personal preference, this tree was at the perfect height since it's plenty high but not so high that I would have a lot of trouble getting my cats down if I needed to secure them. It's not a 5/5 tree for me since the base was smaller and pillars were thinner than I expected. I think it seems pretty standard nowadays for trees around this price point, but comparing it next to the tree I got about 10 years ago, the difference is pretty obvious. Also, on the very first night of having it up, my cats already torn off the hanging toy. I'm not going to dock points for that, because my cats are plenty wild for toys and this isn't the first time it's happened. It seems to be sturdy enough, but I can tell it's not as sturdy as my old tree. I'll likely put some weights at the bottom to make it a little more sturdy. If the base and pillars could be a little bigger, this would really be the perfect tree for me.

I purchased this on cyber monday and it arrived a few days ago. Finally, I had time today to assemble it. I have 5 large cats and this is perfect. Cats took to it right away, it's sturdy, spacious for multiple large cats, and the levels are spaced really well making it easy for them to climb and move around the tree. I rarely write reviews, but I'm impressed. Assembly took me about 2 hours but I was also taking my time to avoid having to redo a step. About 3/4 of the way I consulted the product photo on Amazon, but 99% of the assembly was straightforward because the instructions are on point. All of the parts and screws lined up perfectly - decent manufacturing job. Overall, pretty happy with my purchase.

This is a really, really nice cat tower. Plenty of room to lay, most of them are adults except two that are 7 months old and the white one is a chunk of a boy. I have 8 cats total and there's enough space for them all to be on there at the same time. They all have plenty of laying area in each spot. The spot with the little fence type thing is bigger than it looked also. They love it! Was their Christmas present
