I was originally going to give this product 4 stars, but felt that it was also fair to give it 5. I have worn it and washed it (in a garment bag and hung up to dry) several times. It appears well made with good workmanship. The hook and eye closure is nice, the stitching is neat. The material held up well to being washed. I purchased my bra size and it was a perfect fit. This bodysuit is designed to fit snuggly and smoothly over you, but not to flatten or really squeeze. So if that is what you want, I would not purchase this product for that one reason. What I really wanted was a tighter squeeze, but after searching for very long I have concluded that those come in a completely different price bracket and wanted to give this a try instead. For the price that I paid, it was a great deal actually - you get a bra, a camisole and a panty, basically, all stitched into one garment for under $30. That's pretty good. As far as bras go, it is a pretty decent one - good sizing and very nearly no show. Like, someone would have to actively stare at my breasts in a tight shirt on a really cold day to spot anything. So I feel confident in wearing it. One thing I don't like is the panty lines. I do think that there is no such thing as a no-show panty, unless it is a thong, but I just wanted to point out that this will definitely cause them in case you thought otherwise. ... show more

I needed a strapless body shaper to go under a new dress I bought. I was concerned about this being too short in the torso due to other reviews I read. I am a little longer in the torso but this was perfect in length. I wear a 38DD and that’s what I got. I have to get someone else to hook the back hooks for me, and they are hard to hook and it’s quite tight once they are hooked. I am new at buying and wearing shapewear. I wore this model for 8 hours today. Overall it's comfortable. I did do quite some bending and moving around in it. The bottom portion has nice fabric, is breathable and snug. It holds in your tummy. The hook opening in the back for the bra portion certainly helps to put this garment on. However, I needed help getting it done as it is very strong and tight. I tried closing it on my own for 20 min. and did not succeed. It only minimally pinches where the thigh meets the bottom. The cup size is off. I am a 38D, ordered that size and this is definitely too big. There is room all around and definitely felt like I am not wearing a bra at all. The Brastraps do come off, which I like, but the angle they are in cuts into my front shoulder by the armpit. It would also be extremely helpful if the hooks between the legs would be flipped. The hooks that need to go in the loop, are on the flap coming from the back bottom. Not only can you barely reach between to reach that flap, but you can't see anything there either. It is difficult to close that way. If the hooks would be on the front flap portion and the loops on the back bottom portion, it would be so much easier. If I would have ordered a smaller size, it would have been too small overall. I ordered several different ones before and had to send them back. So I am going to deal with the bra being too big, as it is one of the first ones that actually otherwise fit and does the job. ... show more

About me: I’m 5’3, 160 pounds. I’m an upside down triangle (big breasted with more fat on the arms and back) and smaller waist and athletic legs. On my “fat” days, I’m a 38 D. I’m 40 years old but age doesn’t matter, right?! What I needed: I struggle to find control for the girls and need my back to be smoothed out because I hate it when I get rolls when I wear any type of bra – even if I’m fitted properly…I get rolls above and below my bra line, UGH!!! I also was not looking for a girdle-type affect. I wasn’t expecting to go down in sizes – just want smoothness and firm control. I find it hilarious that some of the comments here were expecting such. It is so very difficult to find the “perfect” body shaper but honestly, without trying it on, it is a hit or miss. Here is what I found for myself The cup size is perfect and true to size. It has some padding (not of the heavy variety) but being that my GIRLS are already on the WOW side, less padding is best for me. However, it does the extra padding gives them a nice soft shape and lift. The fabric is soft to the touch. I stepped into the body shaper expecting to wrestle my way in it – I even prayed a bit before pulling it up but surprisingly, it went up nicely. Of course, lots of pinching and pulling here and there until I got it over my butt, stomach, and boobs but I didn’t curse my way into it or break a nail. And it didn’t take over 5 minutes to fully adjust everything. I looked in the mirror and saw that it did smooth everything out including my back. It didn’t give the double boob look either. The stomach area does have a double liner so there IS CONTROL. For those saying "it's not holding my stomach in", gurl...it didn't suck or flatten mine either; you are round and bodacious that's all. This garment smoooooths you out and works with what YOU have. The crotch area didn’t give me issues and is comfortable to wear. It does have several hook options for height adjustment but If you are very tall (umm over 5’8/ 5’9 or above) there might be issues because I played around with it and it didn’t make such a huge difference. So I give it 4 stars because I really like it. It didn't wow me nor is it the best I've ever had. For me, this one is good...not perfect, but good. It is well made, the cups fit nicely with relatively good coverage and a light lining in the cup. The legs are not cut as high as I like, but the flat fabric at the leg does not leave a panty line, so they are fine. It smooths me out everywhere I wanted it to and is comfortable to wear all day so it's doing it's job nicely. I ordered both the tan and black one. I’m glad it fit nicely and didn’t have to return both of them. If you do need to return them. They offer free returns, which is great otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. I would give this negative stars if I could. I wear a size 36C in several different brands and styles of bra, but I couldn't even get this to clasp. The torso is WAY too short, meaning rather than giving the girls any support, it drags them down. And the crotch is connected with bra clasps. Because when you're trying to pee in a formal dress, you want to be trying to clasp and unclasp bra strap clasps at the crotch. ... show more
