The only down side which is why I rated it the way I did is that the lace in the bra will rip. Now if you don't wear this on a regular basis you may be fine. However I wear it to work on a regular basis so the lace does not stand the test of time. I really like it so I have bought it a bunch of times when the lace rips. It fit great, sucked the fat in where needed. The lace bra part was pretty but gotta be careful & make sure "the girls" are positioned correctly or a nip may be seen. I loved the way it smoothed everything out & I didn't feel frumpy. The crotch snap would be better, I feel, as a snap or maybe strong velcro, it was very difficult to clasp 3 clasps in that area & felt I spent way too much time trying to hook them. Also felt that 2 clasps would have worked, 3 made it a bit "bunchy" down in that area & was a bit uncomfortable. I'm 5'6, about 155 lbs and ordered a Medium. Don't buy the size you normally wear then it won't do it's job, it HAS to be tight to work. ... show more

Effective body shaper. Details matter. Skimpy on length. Could be a bit more generous - and I am only 5’4”! Size seems to match bra sizing. After wearing, the morning tussle with this garment is well worth the day long comfort - until it’s time to make a trip to the necessary. At that point I am left wondering why, in this day of INDUSTRIAL VELCRO Maidenform makes women contend with hook & eye. In the crotch!? It is tight getting it on, but comfortable once it’s on. I found the bra cups a touch small and had to adjust so I wasn’t spilling out. The crotch snaps are positioned more toward the back, making opening and closing them a bit challenging. Also, it rides up the rear a bit. Those are all my complaints. Great body suit I had to size up for it to fit properly due to being a post RNY patient the size would t been correct if I didn’t have loose skin so I size up in the cups and it fit much better ( my correct cup and band size made me have the skin show on the back)

I like this brand as it is not cheap quality and the stitching is very good. My only issue is that the material on the butt and hips should be different that the rest of the garment. It flattens everything and gives a very hard deep panty line and cuts your boobs in half. I ordered a bigger size because it says it’s “firm control” I have a flat stomach with big hips/butt and D cups. I like these one pieces to smooth my bra roll and wear under thin outfits that are see-through. The bust cups are a bit small. I ordered a D and they fit more like a c cup. May be more for a sloppy body trying to create a shape, but doesn’t flatter a nice curvy shape…just flattens everything out. ... show more
