This is a very solid healthy granola. Good fat and protein content, good fiber content, and the only sweeteners are monk fruit extract and allulose, which are fine. Taste-wise, I had it with greek yogurt and it balances nicely with the tanginess from the yogurt. The texture is very solid, with a subtle crunch from the nuts and some crispiness from I don't know what but it's good.
