Love these single serve oatmeal cups! They are super quick to make while at work on a short break. They give me enough carbs and protein for a great pick me up during a short break at work. The cost is about$1/each and it's more nutritious than a candy bar. I sometimes throw some fruit in for added fiber. These cost twice as much at the grocery store. My co-workers can smell the cinnamon and brown sugar while it is "steeping" like tea! Only takes a few minutes with hot water from our dispenser at work.
