Excited to receive this item. Out of the package, not able to load the rhinestones that came with the product. When you press down over the rhinsetone it falls back out of the device. Not able to load 70 rhinestones not even 1. So many unsatisfied buyers. If this product actually works, make a video with proper instructions showing how to load 70 rhinestones and how to successfully use this product. Do not buy this item. Mine did not come with crystals or glue. Won't load any hot fix or other crystals. Total waste of money.

The stones are nice but the pen does not work. I put the rhinestones in the pen, turned the to dispense one at a time and they all fell out. The idea is great but the pen is crap. The rhinestones are good and the glue. That’s why I gave a 2. Don’t buy this item. The pen is cheaply made.

It might be a user error however the pin would not work for me gums wouldn't stay in i couldn't load it there were no directions on how to use it . Everything else was nice. After finally finding a video about this product i know it is not a user error but my pen is defective and does not work

It will not load at all and I am very disappointed. That I waited so long to my for delivery and it is worthless other than the stones are nice but the pen is crap
