This is the second one I've bought and they are my favorite hoodys. It's windproof and I've been wearing it in low 40° weather with a t-shirt under it. It seems high quality with lots of pockets and even has a velcro on the upper arm for a patch It's not to thick and so far has been very durable. The only thing I don't like about it is it's a left handed zipper and has thumb holes. But that's just me, I highly recommend this hoody if you want to stay warm with minimal clothes.

I buy him a fleece type jacket every yr for Xmas. Last year he complained that the last one was too thin for snow shoeing to a cabin in the snow. This one allowed him to endure the cold in the Sierras. He love the olive green color. The zippered pockets* and the patch holders were a nice bonus...and it's his first with a hood. I hope they can be ordered for next year, even if he doesn't wear it out( It looks pretty durable.) Maybe a different color and one for me. *He could tuck hand warmers into the pockets, but didn't need to.

This jacket seems well made but does not quite live up to the claims in description. First, it claims it is windproof. Not quite. There are some pulls on the bottom to shore up the jacket from wind blowing up from that direction. But there is no lining in this fleece. It is not windproof. So, it falls short of the claim. Thus the 4 star rating. If they did not misleadingly claim this, I would give it a 5. I wandered around the neighborhood in the cold night air last night. The jacket was fully zipped and the hood was used. This is not a miracle jacket. It is as warm as its construction allows, but it is not a stand-alone jacket for Winter weather. It is a good Autumn jacket, but in the Winter you will need to layer up your protection. It is comfortable, seems well sewn and made of good materials. It is completely fleece, no lining, many pockets and is warm enough for what it is. I think you will like it if you buy it. Sizing seems close to normal. If you want to layer it as the base layer then your normal size will be fine. If you want to layer it using it as a top layer then maybe try a size larger. Fit is not loose or tight. I am 5' 9" and 175 pounds...average...and a large fits fine. I will surely use mine as an under layer though. It is not large enough to fit over the top of much of a thick sweater or anything like that for me. Overall, a very nice product.

I am 6’1” and 200 pounds, large fit good. Used it out on the range at night in 30° weather with a long sleeve undershirt and kept me warm. Unfortunately less than two weeks in I was struck by a car while on an accident scene and had to have it cut off. I don’t think it’s under warranty lol. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

It seems like it would be warm, but it’s too tight underneath the arms. I’m of average build. I can’t see a real muscular guy wearing it. Seems to be cut for a very skinny person. Zipper is opposite of a typical man’s jacket. Maybe it’s a woman’s large instead of a man’s or European. Either way, it’s a return. Looks and seems very good quality though.

It's about 38 degrees outside, and I cannot tell. This jacket is extremely comfortable. It feels a little more durable than a traditional fleece, which is great. I'm 6'0, 230 lbs, average build, got an XL size. It's loose enough to wear shirts underneath comfortably without worrying about it wrinkling my clothes. The pockets are a huge plus in my book. The thumb holes in the sleeves work great but the hood is loose if you don't zip the front up all the way. If you zip it up all the way, you instantly feel warmer, 😄. The front zipper is left handed... so what. For this price, this jacket exceeds all expectations. If you have animals... get a color that compliments your pet's hair hahaha.
